Who can join HEY?
HEY welcomes homeschooling families who are looking for Christian community, encouragement, and educational opportunities. We exist to support families as they homeschool their children in a Christ-centered environment.
What are the membership fees?
Membership is $45/year for families of any size. We also have alumni and mentor memberships for free.
What does membership include?
Membership provides access to many opportunities throughout the year including:
- Member-only field trips
- Physical education classes (extra fee, $30/child for the year)
- Special events
- Educational activities
- Parent encouragement and fellowship
Is HEY a school?
No. HEY is a nonprofit Christian homeschool support group. Parents remain the primary educators of their children while HEY provides community, encouragement, and educational opportunities.
How do I become a member?
Simply complete the online membership application. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll receive access to the members-only section of the website where you can register for events, view the member calendar, and connect with other families.
We're new to homeschooling, can we still join?
HEY is a Christian organization and operates from a Christ-centered mission and values. Members should be comfortable participating in that environment and reviewing the organization's Statement of Faith before joining.
Do I have to be a Christian to join?

Can I visit a HEY Day?
Yes, you can visit a HEY Day and try it out. We will need you to fill out a waiver form beforehand.
